Donation / Sponsorship Request Inquiry

At San Sebastian Winery we support and participate in Charitable causes whenever we can, however, due to the extreme high volume of requests, we kindly ask that you have patience after submitting your form. We will give you an answer, either via phone or email but will not accept any requests with less than 6 weeks before the date of the event.

Please be advised that your event or organization must meet the following criteria:

• The event/organization must support community-related causes.
• For national organizations with local chapters, we are only able to consider requests from the local Chapters in NE Florida.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to support events or fundraisers that only benefit an individual or family.
• Please make your request at least 6 weeks before the date of the event.
• If you have supporting 501 (c3 tax I.D.) or flyer, please upload with this request form.

Please note that while your request may meet all the above criteria, San Sebastian Winery receives hundreds of worthy applications each year and unfortunately it's impossible to honor them all.
