Tangled Oaks Vineyard

Tangled Oaks Vineyard is a certified Florida FarmWinery located in the small community of Grandin, just east of Gainesville. As the first winery in Putnam County, we are proud of our focus on the quality possible with the "hands on" approach that is part of our winemaking. We make traditional southern muscadine wines from locally grown Florida grapes, as well as, some of the international varieties, for example, Barbera and Chardonnay. The wines vary from dry to sweet with new offerings being added as they are ready.

Tangled Oaks Vineyard was founded by the DaCasto family who have roots in the Piedmont region of Italy where grape growing and winemaking are major parts of the cultural fabric of the area.

The winery includes an expanded gift shop where, with few exceptions, the work on display has been created by local artists and crafters. This includes original oil, prints, wood carvings, and handpainted glassware.

Free tastings, tours, and a friendly welcome are available daily Tuesday – Friday from 12 – 6, and Saturday from 10 – 6. Groups who would like to visit outside regular hours should call in advance.
